New max 28 and new member

I just bought a off the show room floor Mahindra Max 28 XL Shuttle. Loader and Backhoe. It seems to do everything I need here at home ( mini farm ) but my Differential foot pedal is stuck in the down position and the DIF is IN all the time not good for scooting back and forth on the road to and from the barn. My dealer has never seen this and is clueless on it. If I don't hear back from Mahindra I will be mad. Being a retired military Tank/Tracks mechanic I will fix it myself not a problem BUT hey I only have 6 hours on this machine. So far the operation of the 28 max is great. Any info will help thanks.

the pedal for the diff lock on mine stays fairly 'down' as well, but will actually drop a little bit lower if stepped on. I can't tell if mine works or not though, I may have the tractor taken in for that issue towards the end of july.

Spray a little WD-40 and let it run down the shaft and then work it up and down usually will get them unstuck I've seen this on many tractor brands if not used much they will cease up a bit but WD-40 usally will free it up.
