Adventure is right Eddie. I have ended access to everyone and we are considering selling the land. It is beautiful and I love it, but land is like children; be there or they run wild. All of this drama has taken me away from land upkeep and enjoyment.

GOM, It is time and being in place, not methodology. I will there doing both this weekend with help I put together with materials. I will show you the same shots. When we sell the land, I will sell you the UTV "as is" once I get it cleaned up and checked out! If I keep the land, you are welcome to "stop by". Jim

So..., You have some swamp land for sale ?

You are a trip. There is 112 acres with 1000' on a river. It is 11,000 feet from hard top entrance to the river. It is about 7000 feet wide at widest point. The swampy portion is about 45 acres due to the river and all neighbor lands flows into this portion. It is beautiful to include the swampy portion which is only wet a portion of the years. Trees are up to 100 feet. I hope some photos attach. Bear, Bobcat, turkey,deer, fox,you name it...

Just received a call from my neighbors who are farmers "of old". Almost made me cry when they said they had gotten together were were going out to see if they could get it out for me. Even if not, it made me feel good!

sounds like my neighbors at our new property .It's 60 miles from our house and they are always helping out one way or another also watching the property and equipment when I'm not around , I take them hams or a turkey at Christmas time ,bought one neighbors grandson a used mini bike and I always make time if they have a project needing a tractor or backhoe ,I don't loan tools or tractors but I will gladly go out and help anyway I can . I spent a week last November with my logsplitter filling their wood racks for the winter . what comes around goes around and I am a true believer in KARMA !
