Well it's home. I'll post some more pictures later, looks like I have plenty of room on the tung for my job box. I am very pleased
Maybe I cannot tell from your photos but that trailer looks like a dovetail to me. A beavertail would have the angled rear outside frame with an inset deck that would lift to level out the deck. Nice trailer though.

Dang.. How do you guys get nice trailers that cheap!! I doubt I could buy the parts for that. Gatormades are even more than that here.

My job box will fit perfect behind the spare tire with a 1/2 inch to spare. I am so pleased with this trailer.

That is a long a-frame on that trailer. Good for your box but adds to the length. Most are only about 4' to the ball.
Perhaps it is a regional thing but I see Xfaxman's trailer to be a true beavertail. No matter, as long as everyone is happy right?You have a beaver tail, the beaver tail refers to the slope deck at the end of the trailer for loading equipment. A fixed beaver tail can also be referred to as a dove tail but it most commonly referred to as a beaver tail.
