So I've been researching Zero Turn and tractor mowers for awhile now. I had decided on a ZD326 Kubota. Nice machine.

However... Everytime I visit the dealer... The BX tractors call to me. And the I think I should buy a B2620! Because it's better than the BX! So I'm I really stuck.

I will be finish mowing 7 acres a week. That's the machines main use. Property is mostly flat but does have a couple banks and a low area that can be wet at time (grassy ditch). Plenty of trees, sidewalks, gardens, etc.

I have a L3830 with loader. But I thought having a BX with loader would be mighty handy. And a backhoe would be even better! Lol! And a B2620 has a bigger loader and hoe! See where this goes?! Lol!

Here's some pics of the machines in question. I really like the looks of the BX with mower. It's just cool.

Any suggestions on what to get? Thank u!!!

My opinion.
You already have a tractor, and the main use for the new machine would be mowing.
Get the Zero turn.
I run a 7' rear finish mower on my tractor. Took me 3 hours 20 minutes to mow my 7 acre yard.
I recently got a Hustler Super Z zero turn. (35 HP Kawasaki with a 72" deck.) I can now mow the 7 acres in 2 hours 5 minutes.
And that's with me holding the Super Z back because my yard is so dam rough

Well, I've always wanted a zero turn... From what I understand you already have a tractor with a loader so why not get a zero turn for all the mowing. But if your going to make a lot of use of the backhoe then maybe go with the B2620 and get a mower for it. But the mowing would go quicker with the zero turn. Its just so hard to decide isn't it! If only money wasn't an issue. You can get them all.

Wow that's a huge time savings! Do you have to trim less?

Zero turn without question. After you have gone around your 10000 tree with the BX you'll wish you had got the BX:D

There is less trimming.
The zero turns are so maneuverable you can get very close to trees, Etc.

I thought about a small tractor mower like the BX when I bought my Ferris but when you get down to basics, the tractor is still rough mowing even with a good suspension seat. I mow about 6 acres in about an hour with lots of trees and shrub with my Ferris. It can mow at speeds up to 9.8 MPH when ground conditions allow and mows so close that I dont bother with weed eaters around the trees and shrubs. What little grass is left doesn't bother me or the plant and much less chance of whipping the bark off the shrub with a string trimmer.

When I bought my B2620 with a loader and mmm, we only owned 3 acres. I already owned an old B6200 with a mmm and no loader. So I sold the B6200 and bought the 2620. I suppose I could of bought a dedicated mower and skipped the mmm but how would I have explained to the wife that I needed a loader tractor for 3 acres? Now we own 19 acres so everything gets plenty of use and the tractor is by no means to big for my use.

But you have already have 3 tractors, so I say go with the zero turn. My neighbor has one and he mows at a fast rate. They must have better suspension and better seats than my tractor, cause at the speed he goes, it would tear my back up.

My zero turn rides a lot smoother mowing at higher speeds than any of my tractors did.
I assume a lot of the reason its from the suspension seat and the softer sidewalls in the tires along the low ( 8-9 PSI) air pressure I can run in the tires on the zero turn.
Whatever the reason I can mow at speeds on the Z that I wouldn't even want to try mowing on a the tractor

Ok, I thought that would be the case. Maybe someday I'll add a zero turn to the stable.
