By red grease, I mean lithium complex. I don't care which brand of lithium complex... as long as they're the same basic type, all is well. Without going into all sorts of techno-babble, lithium complex is a good, all purpose grease for my needs on the farm. Good high temperature stability, decent water resistance, good rust prevention, pumps easily, and it's widely distributed, which means I can get it everywhere.I ended up just greasing with the molly ep. There seemed to be so little grease in them in the first place I doubt I'll have an issue. (Wish I checked sooner) Why do you all like the red so much because it matches the tractor or for certain properties over others?
