grapple value?

what would a barely used 60" grapple be worth? not sure of brand, but got it with several other attachments. looks like it's never been used actually. it has a single cylinder and C shaped. would fit most front end loaders i would assume.

Does it look like one of these? Skid Steer Attachments Pallet Forks Hay Spears Bobcat Cat John Deere Mount Plate. Skidsteer express carriers the grapples on the low end of price range. Other manufacturers have similar units that cost more.

Not sure what your using it on but If that grapple is made for a skidsteer it could be really heavy.

So it took a while to take pictures. I need to know what I got and roughly what it's worth if someone knows. I've seen similar on CL for @$1000. It fits on a Branson tractor front end loader. I couldn't find a brand or any numbers on it.

Swick1 should have a marketing degree. That price would attract me. 1200 is cheap enough, and I would really think I got a bargain when you took my 10 uncle bens- kept in the wallet for trading purposes.

It looks to be SSQA to me, I would spend a little on paint and sandpaper, and strap it to a Pallet (get it up off of the dirt) Then Armorall the hoses to make them look new. Total time, less than 2 hours, total expenditures less than $10 and get another hundred or two out of it.

Never noticed that it is SSQA. I was so taken by the price. TO_Bud this means the grapple will fit most types of ,"bob cats". It is easier to sell because it fits so many different machines. Do your homework now not after you sell the thing.

Its all rusty and dirty, not really worth much. I'll take it off your hands for say... $150. :laughing: Seriously, most are worth around $1,500 - $1,800. I'd clean it up a bit then stick firm at $1,200 and it'll go pretty quick.

Don't have much use for it currently and was thinking of selling it and 3 other attachments to buy a trailer, which I need more.

It is a heavy duty grapple.. Probably best on an Bobcat or larger tractor. Notice the teeth are really thick multiple plates welded together before the bar, and even behind the bar looks like thick plate. I can't tell if it is 3/8 or 1/2, but looks thick to me. I wonder what it weighs.
