My name is Martha Boone and I'm the owner of the 2012 Kubota BX2360 4x4. The tractor looks, starts and runs like new. It has never been in the rain. Has been garage kept since new. It is under Kubota factory warranty until 3/29/14. It comes equipped as follows: 23HP liquid cooled 3 cyl diesel, hydrostatic drive with high/low range and locking differential, selective 2wd/4wd, 60” belly mower, LA243 48” front end loader (quick detach), categ I 3pt hitch, power steering, ROPS, 2 keys. All owners manuals and service books included. I'm selling the tractor because I just finished the divorce of my husband and I have no use for it. I own it in full. There are no loans or liens on the tractor. The price I'm asking for the tractor and attachments is US $4,410.00. Please let me know if you are interested in the purchase because I have a lot interested buyers and first who will offer me the asking price will be the next owner of the tractor. Well I am sure you can't go and actually see this machine. There will be some excuse why you can't see it of course.. Why would anyone even a vindictive divorcee ask 1/3 of the price of what the tractor is worth.? or even more. I would imagine those photographs are someones delivery pictures.

Looks like the Scammers are getting more creative, but I would almost guarantee that a recently divorced spouse would have a better idea of the true value of an asset just awarded in a divorce settlement. Way too good to be true, but apparently there are are enough gullible people to reel in to keep the Scammers going.

We get these on CL all the time. And amazingly you can never see the tractor. Sure theres pics on the post, but you cant actually see it. I have yet to figure out the actual scam. Are they robbing folks who show up?

Google image search shows that the same ad has been posted to 10+ sites. But the location, at least, is relatively consistent--Birmingham area. Seems fishy, for sure.
