I'm the opposite, better the devil you know in some cases. Once you've established what you find acceptable for customer service you may never have another problem. From the way the dealer dealt with this that may be the case in this instance. He may not have a lot of choices without driving all day either.

Rear blade works better than I imagined for snow. I angle the rear blade, plow forward at about 5 mph, and leave the front blade straight for cleanup and pushing snow up banks in the cul-de-sac. I have angled the front blade a couple of times to move the snow further off the road and then cleanup with the rear. New pup has been keeping me busy - pics to follow (of the snow). Here's the pup at 8 weeks and a more recent 14 weeks. Pesters the crap out of our 10 year-old.

And a fine pup indeed. :) I have a 2.5 year-old Lab that pesters the crap out of this 66 year-old. She thinks that anything in my hand should be tossed so that she can retrieve it.

Too cute (both of them)!
