Thanks for posting the pics. Quite a change from the 1026 huh!!!! You dog is like mine in regards to being in photos. If I'm trying to take a picture my dog will always get in it somehow. Not sure what's going thru their minds. ;)

Did the OP get a gag order once he got his NEW machine. Lot,s of questions, very few answers. LOL , I,m very curious how much the dealer is asking for that used tractor that they took back from this member.

Answers: I talked with the salesman a week after I took delivery - they hadn't finished "prepping" the unit for sale. He thought somewhere between $12,500 & $13,000. I don't plan on following/tracking the 1026R anymore. Pickup & delivery went smooth, they picked up the 'old' New 3320 at 7am, delivered the 'new' New 3320 at 3:30pm. They brought me the original alternator (40 amp) as I had upgraded to the 55 amp to help run TBD LED lights. Will use it as a backup or sell it.

I perused the other posts and didn't see any other questions unanswered. Work & hunting tend to impact my internet usage and signing into TBN.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Hey Steve, thanks for letting us know how the transaction went. How does that price compare to the price of the brand new unit ?

I was informed 3 weeks ago when I signed the purchase order that Deere would provide a build date within a week of when the order was submitted. Took delivery today, 19.1 hours on the meter, most of the black plastic in the operator's station has some fading, not sure if I can find a build date on the machine.

Call into the sales guy, he's checking with the dealer rep who submits all of their orders. I was thinking between 1-3 hours for testing, quality review, misc. would be reasonable.

How far off was my expectation of receiving a NEW unit?

Dealer in Indiana here. With the current 3020 series being discontinued, factory availability is slim to none. My guess is they transfered in from another dealer. Dont let this slide.

Mine had 0.6 hours on the meter when I took delivery, that's just from PDI. As for yours being "new", it pretty much is, BUT if you specified that you wanted to order one, that's what you should've gotten. If it were up to me, I would ask the salesman for some sort of rebate, whether it be cash, new plastic(s), or even maybe some filters or other parts.

That was alot of reading lol
Glad the OP is happy with the new tractor. For me tho.... I would never deal with a dealer again that pulled something like that.
