Why I hate North Carolina

My neighborhood had a fairly easy time in yesterday's blizzard. By my estimate, we got around 1 and 5/8 inches of snow with drifts of up to 3 inches. We should dig out in a few days.

WOW!!!

We dodged that bullet in Seneca -- I estimate that we received less than 1/2 inches. I plan on digging out tomorrow.

Heart attacks are a real threat when digging out. When you fall over, DO NOT block access to your cell phone. May as well put 911 on your speed dial tonight. :laughing:

I don't think that it's the dusting of snow that school officials are concerned about,but the Black Ice. Two years ago, our youngest Grandson's bus slid into a ditch. The bus was two stops before our Daughter's driveway.
