I only have about 30 minutes of use on mine. I dug out an old pine stump with it which I thought it did pretty well at. You can read more on this link: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachments/295966-woodmaxx-3-pt-hitch-backhoe.html
I'd didn't want to spend $10k or more for a backhoe that I would only occasionally use.
Woodmaxx will give you a discount for multiple purchases from them too. They've been great to deal with. They addressed all the concerns I had that I posted in the above link and seem to want to develop a good customer relationship.

Btw, a Jack Yuan posted in that link asking me about the chipper. He is in China and is involved in making the chippers for Woodmaxx. He PM'd me and asked me to give him any constructive feedback on the machine. He's very receptive to product improvements. I think purchasing from Woodmaxx was the right move for these implements. I hope they do well.

Well we didn't get enough snow to really test my recently built fel snow plow so I dropped the plow and put the grapple and winch back on to snatch out a blown down ash and red oak.

Burned all the brush I cleared off for my dam repair over the weekend. Kept the grapple busy all day.

I've never given it much thought...I've always had access to heavy equipment because I work in excavating and logging for a living. IF I were to ever get one it would be a kubota, woods, or maybe a wallenstein. The back hoe subframe would mess up the way I'm mounting my belly pan so I doubt it'll ever happen....

Don't you just love these mx's? I'm thinking about a backhoe for mine, have you considered one?

Wow...a backhoe for an MX5100 would be the perfect combination.

I'd probably have the bh92 kubota backhoe if money weren't an issue but man are they expensive. I can buy a usable full size backhoe for that money. Plus it's just to easy for me to borrow a full size backhoe or excavator.
