The Select board chose the other candidate. Apparently, she had some prior conversations with one of the Selectman (woman, actually). That gave me a bad feeling...small town politics... We'll see how she does... I wish her the best, but I got a feeling she talks more then does....y'know what I mean?

I'm sure I'll be asked for some type of volunteer work at some point...they say they're always looking for volunteers.

Crane Job Video - T&T Tree Services

speaking of being safe out there, i saw this video that our local tree company made. guy started from literally zip about a mile from my home, built the
tree business up over the last thirty years, and has done well for himself. And I had to chuckle, the owner Tad, one of the T's, mentions his soccer playing days at our local high school. Same team I played for about eight years earlier. It really is neat to see your home town guys, the ones who stayed, succeed and flourish.
The community needs that.

frankly, I think this guy got awfully close to that green cord with his chain saw, but maybe the angle was off.
sure would never get me up there. I'm a Terra Firma guy.
But those pics of the Delaware River are pretty neat. The tree he is cutting down is in PA, that's NJ across the River, which is not very wide here.
My pc's sound card died, need to troubleshoot. So hopefully the audio on this isn't awful, I watched for the video.

Me either. I've had dentures for many years and have forgotten what it is to not have them. Mine fit perfectly with no pads and I don't think I've ever needed dentu-creme.

I go for a regular annual checkup and I get the feeling when I sit in the chair that I am sitting down, opening my mouth wide, and then opening my wallet and saying "Help yourself"
You really have no idea if there is a cavity that they have found or they are drilling out the filling and refilling the one they 'fixed' last year.
