Sometimes you just gotta roll up your sleeves and go to work.
You don't even need pliers, a short piece of pipe like a hydraulic jack handle and its off. The time spent doing a write up and reading the replys could have been done, then just wrap wire.
Yep the 1/8 inch pipe nipple about 5 inches long put it over one end of the tie and untwist it, and it would take about 2 seconds per clip. Easy Peazy.
You are so right...didn't see your post when I did mine.
Exactly...clearly T post clips are foreign to some TBNers.
My preferred tool is a small diameter metal pipe...maybe 8 inches long.....it slips over the long protruding clip end and is used to lever the thing loose...also used to apply the clips...
A stout screwdriver shaft can also be used to undo the clips.
You gotta pick them up...time is almost nil, payback large.
