Get the B. You've done to much thnking and pondering and researching to go with a BX like what you have. Get the B. You'll wonder ever day with a BX if you should have gotten the B. Bs aren't quieter than BXs. The Bs aren't as smooth running as the BXs but get the B. I used the same post hole digger on the Bs and BXs. Get the B. HGigher ground clearance.

John, you are funny. My BX is a high idle marble shaker. I know the B3300 QA fits the LA364, but are there options for the front blade like the BX? I haven't seen one.

The more I see on implements, it's probably only a tiller and core aerator I'll ever buy, so the lift issue of a BX is mute.

Unless the new B's are substantially different than my old B7500 and B7510, I think I know what to expect. I need to figure if bigger is better. Especially on 2 acres.

Robertm W.R.Long makes a front blade that will work on the LA364 loader with the quick attach for the b3200. I have had my b2620 and the W.R.Long front blade for four years now with no problems works great. Here is a pic cal2620.

Weird, but my mechanical brain had me do a spreadsheet of pros and cons on all aspects of the BX2670 and B2320. I find that the B is a step above in almost every criteria I reviewed... except for being a bit smaller to provide better maneuverability and turning radius, having a better seat, having a factory setup quick hitch with forks, and a lower center of gravity. Otherwise, the B2620 has a leg up in all. It's just if it's worth the extra $2,000. I really like the QA on the BX with the bucket, forks, and the blade. The blade is something I really want for the B. It just adds up so much more when the BX2660 has been fair. This is a good chance to upsize AND upgrade. I can rent 3pt attachments, but will PTO shaft lengths be the issue for me on rentals?

I have been reading this thread and wondering what you would wind up doing but I guess I'll add my 2 cents in. The change between a BX2660 and a BX2670 is pretty minor. You will get pretty much exactly what you have now. But from everything I've read here it sounds like you are looking for something different. So even though I believe that the BX is everything you need I think you should get the B. $2000 is $34 a month over 5 years at zero interest. If you're like most of America you spend more than that on coffee. Get what you want and be done with it. If you don't you will always wonder what could have been. Worse case scenario is you hate the B which I doubt and you trade back to a BX. The difference in price makes it easier to go backwards.

Just one opinion from an innocent bystander.

Rbarker, it's not so much change, although change is nice. It's more a move to put the cash from my current BX on a loan with higher interest and buy the new tractor on none. This will actually save me some interest and lock in a 0% that is better than one that fluctuates.

I'm looking at it now that it may be nice to stay with a BX because with all the QA pieces, the cost will barely break the cost of a new B without the QA and attachments. The BX has fit the bill fine, and I have no plans to go to a bigger yard, so it should take me a long time to wear it out. In addition, it seems all the nosy family members will never notice the ROPS is different and think I still have the same tractor. Flying under the radar.

Great! I walked into the dealers yard tonight after hours to sit and feel the B vs. BX first hand. Quite frankly, the only difference I feel and notice is the height of the B over the BX. The posture is the same on both machines, the feel is the same, except the BX has a nicer butt holder. The BX does have a noticeably larger floorboard, but the difference in feel is very unnoticeable.

I had hoped to feel better on the B, but that's minimal. I like the larger tires, more clearance, better loader capabilities, but I'm beginning to think the cost difference for my use would be better spent on the QA, forks, and loader snow blade. The B similarly equipped will cost over $5,000 more after adding the LA504 QA, WR Long blade, and forks. Ouch!

When it comes to pushin snow, you can't beat a B.
Good luck with your decision.

What do you use to push snow? Besides the WR Long setup, it seems blades are limited.

I'm 6'2" the BX25D turn radius, low center if gravity, and large platform are perfect for me. Plenty of power ground clearance for my needs. I use it hard on my sloping land. Good luck with your decision.

I have a rear blade and and rear snowblower. But I push the piles back and plow sometimes with the bucket.

Not gonna do that work with a BX.
