CarryAll Project Just Completed

Purchased the TSC CarryAll and created a platform for stuff and also to hold a 30 gal sprayer.

It is 4ft deep and 6ft wide with a 4ft high back. I placed 4x4s on the bottom and bolted them to the carryall and used 2x8s on the back and bolted them. I then used decking screws to fasten all of the decking and back boards. I created a platform to hold the 30 gal. sprayer and plan to strap it to the raised platform when in use. I added a 8ft length of line to allow me to have a on/off switch I can use while seated on the tractor and it just plugs into a short connector on the battery when ready to use.

Created a place to store chains, chain saws, gas, oil cans, etc. so they will not slide all over the place. And created a rack to allow me a way to stand up rakes, shovels, etc. Still have room to carry bulky items on the platform using ratchet straps attached to eye bolts on the carryall to keep it from falling off (have brush to move soon from fence row cleaning). Want to also incorporate a small tool box and maybe a couple more storage cubby holes.

Looks great! Remember AC2 will be very corrosive to those chains though. That's why you only use hot-dipped galv, stainless or triple-coated fasteners with pressure treated

Very functional for you. What does it weigh? One would need the FEL or front ballast to use it on a smaller CUT wouldn't they? The welds/steel on the County Line would have to be good to hold the frame plus a load wouldn't they. Others have made these to hold mounds of fire wood, so I guess it works okay. Just wondering ??

Thanks for the comments. @oldballs I do not know how much weight I have added building the platform, my best guess might be 200 lbs. and the carryall probably weights approx. 150 lbs. The unit is rated at 1000 lbs. I do not plan to haul wood or much heavy material on it, my primary purpose is to use for the spraying and as a portal tool carrier based on the job I am doing. Hauling what I need for fence work, clearing projects, etc., my thinking is I can take it to the area I am working and if needed drop it on the ground so it does not interfere with the tractor work.

I like it! I bought the same carryall in the Fall, and have a pile of good pressure treated 2x8s and 2x10s, so I was planning to build something very similar. I like how you put the 4x4s on the carryall legs...I wasn't thrilled with how the bolt spacing would work of I bolted the decking directly to the legs, so that would save me a bunch of time messing around with it.

That sounds like another reason for a Quick Attach for the rear......."Yes".
