I start getting worried now when Jim does not post for 30 hours.

I am also concerned...
He was MIA from TBN totally ( all threads) for a full 7 days almost to the minute before his last message on 4-23.
This was not in his character even during the chemo treatment weeks.

If he doesn't reply to your message soon, Don, I would hope that someone who knows him down there on a more personal
basis would call his wife to be sure he is not in the hospital again.

ThankS everyone for your concern. I am doing well, but very weak. It will take me a few days to recover from pneumonia and my very sore lungs from all the coughing. My wife is providing great care and spoiling me rotten. She's my guardian angel.

jinman; Would you please make sure that bird has a way to check on you, if you go missing again? And please take care and get your strength back. Chance of storms tomorrow night, some could be severe. If we miss the bad stuff, and we could get rain in Texas, your tomatoes will need you to be able to walk out and tend them, then pick them! Will be hard to do, if you are sick!

Hard to imagine storms with weather like we are having today!! I hope to get the lawn mowed this evening and in the morning, so if storms do show up, I can sit and watch them on Sunday!

The root grapple has to be one of the coolest things ever hung on a tractor!

Jinman--Glad you're home and being there is probably the best medicine.

Found the first snake(small copperhead) of the season yesterday while mowing. Went to the house to get a pistol and when I got back he had moved, but not far enough. It took a little time to find him. Boy their Camo works pretty good, and that might be what I hate about them most.

Jim, glad to see you're recovering!

Well, thought I made a dent last year in my hog population by taking 7. But looks like I've got 7 more (probably more I haven't seen).....

Gotta trap some of these small ones so I can cook em whole!!!

You a sure right about that. My only grapple regret is not getting one sooner.

Grapple is on the tractor more than bucket, hay spear, and pallet forks combined.

I had a great night last night and feel really rested this morning. My coughing has subsided to nearly never and that is getting the soreness out of my chest. I feel really good today and think that it's because we finally got my meds adjusted. I actually had an appetite for breakfast this morning. This is my last week before another chemo treatment, so I won't get too excited. My last two hospital stays have come after chemo, so I'm going to have to watch my fluids intake to make sure i don't get dehydrated. I have to learn to drink when I don't feel thirsty. Hmm. . . maybe a box of Shiners would help.;)
