Thanks guys, was I in the right range as far amps? I think the steel is 3/16.

I'm getting closer. Picked up the plug while at Home Depot getting ready mix.

Is the 14-50P the one to use for 3 phase?

You need to get a 6-50. It's in the manual.
I planned on leaving the "L" prong out and using only the two flat Hot blades and the "U" Ground. Should be good, no?

Unless you want to run it with 3 phase 240V....then its a l21-30 or similar.
