Starting to love this new machine!:cloud9:
1/8-inch 7018 cap. 6-inch sch 80 pipe 5-G. 125-amps, 1 on the arc force.
Today I remembered to move the ground out of the 6010 port!

Looks good! Thanks for posting the settings, also.

This is the first inverter I've owned. The fan is louder than my other welders, but that's ok. It sounds strong and moves a lot of air to keep it cool.
The arc is even quieter than my Idealarc and much more noticeably quiet than my Miller on AC.

The amp setting dial is really touchy, though. Seems like I barely touch it and it moves several amps. I figure that maybe that's normal in order to squeeze all 300 number settings on the little dial.

It may help to turn the knob back and forth a few times. Makes the knob turn a little easyer.

Thanks, Dan. But it seems as though it moves too easily.
It takes a little while to get it set to a certain number, as it wants to go over or under what I'm shooting for.
It's no biggie though, just a slight inconvenience, It's takes no more than a few seconds to get it right. I'll try not to breath on it.

The dial on my PA-200 is the same way. The dial on my V350-Pro is easier to dial in, but the dial on my Miller Dynasty 300 is the best! It has little clicks that you can just barely feel for each amp.

Good to know. Thanks :)

I got use to it with 1+/- ;)

Everlast could have solved the adjustment sensitivity problem by using a ten-turn pot instead of single turn. Might be a modification worth looking into unless it voids the warranty.

Just might need to put a bigger knob on it. They used to have a smaller one...and those were a little more touchy...and yes, it's because there are 300 amps crammed into about one rotation, a little less a degree per amp.

Well if you think that's tough, try just getting an amp or two out of this POS!
