Maybe a trail/game camera or two would be a wise investment on your part. It will help you keep an eye out when you can't. Plus might free up some of your time, you would not have to get camera every time she comes over. I will say that a neighbor of mine has some cameras around his house. He did not want to be questioned weather or not he was filming people so he did like the retail stores. He had signs made that say "smile you are on camera". This way everybody knows and can't sue him saying they did not know he was filming them. Just a thought.
