Got the same bat **** crazy neighbors. I am so glad that I never tried any retribution for the numerous episodes of harassment they have done to me. I found that some people need interaction with others whether they are good or bad seems not to make a difference. The best thing I did, which seemed to bother them the most) was to ignore them. In there minds (because they would do nasty things) they think everybody does nasty things. So by ignoring them you get into there heads. My neighbor was convinced I threw the fence, he put on my property into his pond. He drained the entire pond (no small feat) looking for evidence. All was in there heads, I didn't have to do a thing.
Each and every time police or game wardens came back to me they came with an offer from the neighbor to purchase the property. keep informing Law enforcement (they will get tired of it) and don't talk to her. You can't fix or reason with stupid. :2cents:

I got real good neighbours. They mind their business, I mind mine.

When I first moved in here 20 years ago, I told the guy across the street, (he came over one day), if my new neighbours didn't like my lifestyle they could move. Him and I get along great and he pumps my septic tank every two years.

I really have nothing to do with this. She broke the law, it's her vs Kitsap County / State of Washington. She is charged with criminal trespass, and malicious mischief 2nd degree. I just go to the court house to see what is going on. Besides it's very interesting, I'm not use to the kind of people that are there:shocked:. Kind of like people watching in the San Francisco airport in the 1960s and 70s!:laughing:

When the County redid the roadway (before I bought my current house) they put a couple feet of my driveway approach on my neighbor's property (actually the part that's across the line is in the ROW and angles onto my property before it exits). The first day, while I'm moving in the neighbor lets me know in no uncertain terms that my driveway is on his property, but it's okay for me to use it. I candidly replied "I expect you to keep it clear of snow in the winter then." We get along great too, and he has cleared the snow several times

I have contacted the news media to see if they can help me. I've had the sheriff out here two separate times this last week because the neighbor lady is trespassing again. Both sheriffs told me they are not suppose to get involved in property line disputes between neighbors.
I pay taxes in this county, but I can't get the law to work for me.:duh::banghead:

Being as I don't live in the city limits, only ones to call is the sheriff's office:confused3:. Don't think the State Patrol wants to hear about a wacko neighbor lady who won't stay on her property.
