Comparison Is the MX 5200 worth the extra $4000 Compared to the MX 5100 ?

Sometimes that interest rate sort of kills the used "value" a bit. Congrats on your new tractor!

But the interest on the 0% deal is built into the new price. No such thing as free money.

He doesn't seem to want to answer that. I have no idea what "Traded for $18,600" means....I'm guessing it means his 5040 plus another $18.6k. If so, I hope they kissed him afterwards.

For whatever reason, some folks like to talk prices, but not say what they paid for something....the whole thread is about a price differential, so if money is a sensitive topic, why bring it up?

At the very least just say " I'd rather not say instead if just avoid the questions. Ignore...

Well, I have no idea how ya came up with $10000. List on the MX 5200 was $36,700 and the Land Pride 72'' stone bucket with grapple was $2100 and the Front Hydo hookup is in there to. And yes I traded a good L5030 with 2000 hrs. For $18600. I hope that is clear !! If not ya can assume a little more. Hummmmmmmmmmmm Great forum !!! Anyway Thanks for the input. Oh Ya there is a 1065 loader on that MX 5200 sorry about not listing that earlier.

That sure helps explain the situation. When we don't know the details, we tend to assume stuff. Last I price a MX5100 it was 28k, that's where I came up with the 10k difference.

Found out that it is taller than the 5030, It dosen't fit through a 8' garage door. Luckly no damage and there is a 10' door . Any way did some tilling for a new food plot and the 5200 is a step up from the 5030. Nice unit. They had to order the stone bucket with a grapple.
