I would bet it would be a pretty quick hair cut! I had to hand bomb the dehaviland beaver once! First pull, it kicked back hard and threw me right into the lake! The airplane and I had a little talk after that, and she saw it my way the second pull

Dad was in the RAF for 30 years, so it might be genetic. Started "late" in life at 46 so trying to make up for lost time. SEL, instrument (not current) and self-launch glider. Have a Mooney, Husky A1-B, and Schleicher ASH26E. I also help out the local glider op by towing with their Pawnees occasionally.

Flying is almost as much fun as playing on the tractor :c)

:laughing:Yes, JetDriver, that would be Peter! Met him at the Short-Wing gathering last year in Saratoga Springs. Very nice guy. ('Cept for that funny accent.) Yep, he now drives a tail-dragging Pacer, C-GPXX. Really looks sharp.

I had a Warrior II for over 20 years. Now have a T-Arrow but I am getting too old to fly and will soon be putting it on the market. Reflexes and thought processes are not what they used to be. Tractors are more my speed now.
