Picture looks good
chim, very acceptable.
I'm glad you guys are finally seeing the value of a backup camera. Thanks to BUILLTT showing there is another way with this thread. A low cost way, Still hard to believe the 28.00 price of that monitor. If you have a cab you're missing out if you don have a camera.
Are those lines adjustable? I see they taper is there a way to adjust them?
I have an older backup camera not made anymore and not the best quality for this day and time, but one thing I like and why I bought it for my
b3030 back in 2008 It's a 2002 camera and I found it again on ebay for my 3240 last year. What I like about it is the ability to adjust the lines to the width of my tires and project the lines out eight feet, blue line 8ft, yellow 6ft, red line 2ft. but you can adjust anyway you want. There is a chart you layout behind the tractor to adjust the lines. Or you can just mark out the distance.
When the line is the width of the tires it gives you a look of where your tires will be between two poles or something. As shown in this video the width of my cut in the snow you can also see it your going off track.
I gave up a little bit of quality on the camera but I really like the use of the lines. The rear camera also has 4 adjustable views, One looks just straight down to your tires as if your hooking up an implement, other, a wide angle without lines and the view you see here with and without the lines.
I made a video this past winter to show the value of using the backup camera versus your mirrors when your in the snow and rain.
Its best to watch in FULL screen. at 1080p
