It will be interesting to hear what you find out. From everything I read in British online publications they really seem focused on pairing with their Kverneland & Vicon equipment lines with British availability about May so makes one wonder about North America before 2016. Also building up to 3,000 units per year for these 3 models which doesn't sound like a very large number.

Besides representing TBN, will you be shopping?

Re: New "M7" Series

A video was in my feed this afternoon. Its in French, but shows the tractors off well, including the cab. Theyre supposed to be being made in a new, dedicated plant in France. Wonder if they share any DNA with the Euro manufacturers? Kubota was on record (IIRC) as wanting to buy an established Euro Ag brand of tractor. Of course there is the big Massey plant in France, but I dont think Agco would help out Kubota. Renault/Claas maybe?

Wow. Pulling a six bottom rollover plow isn't for woosies.

Nimble, powerful, intuitive and trouble free. Kubota is going to be the elephant in the room soon. Actually, it already is.

We need dealer reports on these and all the other new stuff coming out. What a remarkable company that has scratched and clawed and earned every inch of the way with dignity.

Have a good trip Muhammad. My dealer told me there is supposed to be 30 new product announcements at that dealer meeting. Be interesting to see what all they release. I hoping for more models with no dpf mufflers.

There are many parts manufacturers in France, that's probably why they chose to put it there. As I understand they are using a ZF transmission which is also used by Agco. It is a fully Kubota owned factory.

Yes. ZF is confirmed I think. But ZF is in A LOT of machines. I didnt see what engine they were using yet. That may or may not be some indication of help from somebody.
As I said, Kubota mentioned a couple years ago about buying their way into this space. I dont recall seeing any tractor company purchases by Kubota, but I wouldnt be surprised if they somehow managed to get some engineering help along the way. Agco or Deere likely wouldnt offer anything but an anchor to sink them lol. That leaves Claas who are small and independent enough. CNH would be doubtful too.

Kubota has said in the past they were looking to partner with another company in their jump to larger ag tractors, but the Brits who have seen the M7s at the Paris show say they use the same "cheesy" they call it 6.1 liter 4 they now use. Same thing in the Kubota press releases in France although Kubota doesn't call it "cheesy".
