Mine has about a 1 inch ID tube, with a crossbolt hole, 3 inches long, welded to the frame near the front. In this is a rod with some crossbolt holes and a foot on the bottom. Easy and simple.

Here is one like it:

U could do make a piece so that it ajusts with a bolt. Don't have any pic of what my dad had, but it was a4ft piece of square tubing and had a 3in piece of square tubing that was just fit over the other one and drilled a hole in the 3in and welded a nut over the hole and screwed a bolt into the nut. Now weld the 3in tubing to the implement and put the 4ft tube into the 3in tube. And now u have a ajustable leg for it. If u don't understand what in saying i can make a picture but u got to show me how to post pics

I made one out of square tube. Welded a short piece on similar to the pix and took a smaller size about 2 1/2' long for the leg. I welded a small flat on for a foot and drilled 2 holes, one at the top to support the blade and one at the bottom to hold the leg up while I am using the blade. I put a pin thru it like in the pix. Works pretty good.

I made mine out of pipe. One piece slipped into a size larger. Welded a 4" square pad on the bottom. Drilled a hole thru the larger piece toward one end. Cut a hole thru the blade platform, you could vary that depending on blade design. Measured the height I wanted it to sit and then drilled a hole thru the smaller pipe at the appropriate distance to get that height. Drilled another hole thru the smaller pipe that would carry it at a height out of the way for work. Took about 15 minutes. Wouldn't be without it.

I use a QH. Best part of a stand is I can sit the blade down anywhere without having to search for appropriate stick of wood. :)
