This is my ash bucket after 3 days burning, what do you guys think?
When you get your blower make sure you have one that runs using a thermostat built into the stove. My stove is down stairs so when the fire gets down low the fan shut off is automatic. The two glass door is a feature I like when I close too long of log in and break the glass. 1/2 the cost. After burning mine it is down stairs putting out heat for the last 32 years. I have to have saved a couple of bucks over my oil fired hot water baseboard heat.

Congrats on your new stove, it looks great. I think you made out on the price and the two door looks better. I run a Heartstone which is made of soapstone. Big fan of not paying the oil man.

That Hearthstone stove looks very nice. They have a very nice pellet stove available too...when it's time to replace my old Vermont Castings stove, I'll be looking at one of those.
Speaking of Vermont Castings...most of you know I got laid off (along with about 20% of the workforce) in late July, 2013. This was due to the company being sold. Well, they were sold again a couple months back. I hope the new owners can get enough money in there to get some new product lines to market (including a sorely needed pellet stove).
