Yes, for me, too. Get up much less frequently to go to the bathroom; once or not at all vs. 2 or 3 times a night. Wake up much less frequently. When I go to sleep with the CPAP, I usually don't wake up for 4 to 6 hours. Without it, I'll wake up at least once or twice an hour, look at the clock, turn over, and try to go back to sleep.
Not sure if true or not,but I heard that if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea,and you use a cpap,and are non compliant wearing mask,insurance companies can deny coverage for related health issues,ie, heart attacks,a-fib problems etc, Check with your insurance company.
