CAN I BUY PARTS FOR THIS TRACTOR anywhere?

There are probably a lot of Yanmar 3T95W engines out there, all over the world. Just not in the US. So you need someone experienced in researching the world market.

I like Winston's answer:

Mr Sheaffer can get parts from Japan.
Leonard Sheaffer used to post here occasionally. Ordering parts from his contacts in Japan was his specialty. This is expensive, he has the cost of hours spent researching, and the cost of buying parts manuals that might be used only every year or so. So expect to pay a lot more than something that a dealer can identify in a moment.

I think for your F46D it will be worthwhile to engage a specialist like Sheaffer to find the parts you need. The parts are out there, its just that no one in the US has experience ordering them so you need someone who can do a worldwide search.

But first, try Fredricks. They may have imported this model before and have the parts manual to know what to order for you, even if they have to source your actual parts from overseas.

The John Deere 1250 (100% Yanmar) uses a 3T95 motor.Who knows if it's the same as a 3T95W,but might be a possibility.
Few parts available, but JD still has a .010 over rod bearing (CH20717) for $28.52 but that's all. Probably not big enough?
They have mains (CH20099) for $350-standard.
All States Ag Parts | Tractor Parts | Combine Parts | New, rebuilt, used | Online has a head gasket (CH16706) for $122

No rod available,so you will have to have it resized.
No crank available. You might have to have it welded up and turned down.

I don't know whether the John Deere 1250 3t95w parts will fit your Yanmar or not but seems to be a pretty good availability of those parts. Listing only a few. If they are the same you can go to the John Deere parts page and get all the part numbers. John deere also has nice drawings you might compare.

My bet the 3T95 and the 3T95W is the same block. The US/JD models that I'm familiar with have the same Motor as the Imported model. For ex.My YM2000 Block is a T2R20A-A. I've seen T2R20A and just T2R20. When we bought the Ym2500 "Fred. Sup." it was told to us it was the same as the US/JD 850. The PTO gearing wasn't the same But the Eng. and Trans was. Good one Barry1 This Thread is getting better. :) My bet it's a JD. 1250. Eng. and prob.will bolt right up!!

Per JD dealer they will send them out to a good machine shop and they will machine bearings to fit, they also have a place that rebuilds the clutch PP disk for 1/4 of what JD charge, I will keep you posted Dan

Dan, thanks! Do keep us posted. Many of us JD and Yanmar owners are always looking for good resources.

Also, if you need a clutch PP disk, there are places online that sell them new or rebuilt. Still good to know. :)
