I'm going to print that out and see if we can organize a little ceremony for the neighbor's cat. They plan to cremate, then spread the ashes over their property. Perhaps this would be a good little speech for that.

Hand delivered a letter to the prosecutor's office this morning. Came home and went on the state court date search site. Looks like the prosecutors are on top of it already! The neighbor lady has a court date for Wednesday February 4. At 10:30 A.M. In room 105.:cool2::cool2:

I can guess where you'll be Feb 4 ......

bring a copy of the original judge's order and penalties.... and have a quiet chat with the NEW person ... filling them in on the saga and the neighbor's tactics ...

there will be the expected delays as she comes up with excuses ( or no lawyer to represent her ) ... make sure the prosecutor has her remanded in custody until she retains legal council.
