mf50 indusrial hydraulic reservoir leaking

Trying to restore a mf50 have rebuilt several cylinders
on backhoe and now a new leak a constant drip at rear
of the reservoir tank. There are 4 bolts that seem to run threw tank at
Rear of reservoir and this is the area where its leaking. Does anyone know if there are
Seals on these bolts or do they even penetrate tank. Its very hard
to look at as i might need to buy another tractor to take off the
rear tire to really see the tank. Thanks for any help

Usually they put sleeve(s) that runs through, and is welded into the tank so that the bolts don't have to seal the tank.

cant find a manual and was hoping it was
something as easy as a seal.
