What in the heck do you mean by a "poached product key" ? Google sent me a product key.
Did you even READ the link?

No License Key - - no joy. Even though the site says free - the license key drop down page still indicates a cost of $399. The internal working of the site have not been updated to the "free" state yet.

I just did it and the product key came from Google right away, couldn't find Earth Pro on Ipad, but put it on my PC and it works just fine.

Does google earth pro update more recently than google earth? Right now google earth is about 4 years behind in central Texas.

Good question... But only 2 years behind here.

Key was sent in an email. The program will not yet download, but I suspect that is just server overload.

I've tried a half-dozen times now and no luck getting the key. I'll wait a few weeks I guess.
