Yep, I have seen this at ramps and intersections of interstates with secondary roads also. This is the first I've come across one between two roads as such. Also, she was rather presumptuous that I would be yielding given the fact in her direction there are no signs indicating to her that my lane would yield. As I mentioned before, if it were reversed and I was making the left turn then I'd not take the right of way, for that reason.

I don't recall ever seeing a sign saying that the other street has the ROW. Lacking any signs as lal, you have the ROW.
