Plow vs scraper blade for driveway maintenance

Between starting a new business from scratch and having a firstborn, didn't have time to "play" with it.

A good neighbor helped me disassemble this thing today.

Some with impact wrench/pb blaster. Some with heat, and one bolt has to be sawed off with a grinder.

That is one HD blade. Looking at the design you could easily cut it back to a more appropriate width which generally is such that your tracks are covered with blade angled.
Too wide and that blade will steer your tractor when angled and when loaded with snow you'll spin.
On gravel drive you will for sure want skids, at least 'til you have a frozen base built up.

The rear blade doesn't come with skids.. I think for snow I'll use my plow with skids.. as w/o I really ripped up the driveway (and ground wasn't frozen)

Finally got around to restore (paint) it. I sure missed having it in the winter to help with plowing and driveway maintenance. Got help from my neighbor and father is law
