I have one. Installed it to try. Verified that it works and took it off. It will be stored until I need it. The functional paraphernalia is going to be in the way sometimes or otherwise precluded by location of the fitting.

I have looked at this a few times and thought about it, mainly for cases where it's difficult to get the tip *off* a fitting. For some on my tractor, I have to keep the standard tip very loose in order to be able to extract it afterwards, and it can let some grease squirt by when pumping. But that's still better than struggling to get a tip off. This product seems like it will eliminate that problem. But I wonder if the extra size of the LockNLube coupler is an issue for those of you using it on front loader fittings and other tight spots. Several of the fittings on my Kubota FEL are tucked away pretty good, and a pain to get to even with a standard compact tip on a gun.

Also, I assume it fits into the end fittings on front loader pins? I have about 1/16" clearance around a standard tip, so the LockNLube would have to be no more than 1/8" bigger in diameter than a standard tip.

Of course all loaders are not the same, but my Kioti loader fittings are all recessed and I worried about the clearance also. I had nothing to worry about as the LNL couple is just a bit bigger, but not enough to worry about in my case. The regular couplers were a PITA because you need to be able to push them sideways a bit to get them to let loose, and you just cant do that the Kioti loader due to the recessed Zerks. I do have two Zerks, under the floor that the LNL would not get to, so I made up a right angle adaptor, see it here, for those Zerks.

Well, I have one and hope I find it useful next time I grease my tractor. Purchased it to help in greasing my SCAG TigerCat. Being mobility challenged I find it difficult to get up & down from my knees which I have to do to access the zerks on my spindles and operate the grease gun. Had hoped I could clip the locknload on and then set back and grease at my leisure. Nope. In fact I could only access a few of the zerks due to clearance issues. So far I'm disappointed.

Is it on a hose or a pipe?

This is what works best for me.

Like yours except its a grip instead of a lever. Problem isn't the gun nor the hose. The size of the locknlube head in the tight confines where the zerks are doesn't work.

Ive been looking for the LockNLube since I first read of it from k0ua quite a while ago. EBay is the only place I could find them and shipping to Canada is a pain. Found this one a couple weeks ago at one of my local suppliers:

Pushes on and pull from the slide coupler to remove. Only marginally bigger than a standard tip. Had one fitting on my snowblower auger it wouldn't stay on but had been awesome otherwise. Well worth the $30. I'll be getting 2 more of them soon for the other 2 guns
