I found a better LockNLube coupler review

   / I found a better LockNLube coupler review #31
I purchased a right angle adapter that looks something like a screwdriver with a tip just like yours but one can hold it like a screwdriver with a zerk fitting on the end of the handle that your grease gun goes to. I couldn't get the dang thing to seal off and just made a mess. But the lock and load part attached to the handle just fine so atleast the mess was away from my hand.

I built this right angle adapter to go with my Lock N Lube coupler. It works well for the two Zerks on the Kioti the LNL does not want to reach under the floor pan.

I built the same adapter as k0ua and it works GREAT! Out of all the zerks on my tractor, loader, mower, etc. I only have ONE zerk that has insufficient clearance for the Lock 'N Lube and that is the middle spindle on my mower deck. For that one zerk I use the Lock 'N Lube with the adapter that k0ua describes.

Also, the Lock 'N Lube doesn't have to be an all or nothing use case. Like me, I'm sure most folks have several grease guns that they have collected over the years. I have the Lock 'N Lube on my best (easiest to use) gun but then I also have a grease gun with one of those right-angle swivel grease fittings. So on the off-chance that I encounter a weirdly positioned zerk, I just use the other grease gun.

But for 99.999% of my greasing duties... it's Lock 'N Lube all the way. :)
