Thanks guys. Yes I need to finish the guest quarters upstairs. The lower bathroom is complete along with all internal insulation and sealed closed with plywood so I can hang stuff from walls etc. Having everything lightly graded this week with seeding and straw next week. Hopefully some rain is soon to follow.
