LS XR3037 Compare To What Kiot, Kubota

I'm wondering what Kioti and Kubota model compares most to the LS XR3037 overall and footprint.

Off the top my head, Kioti CK35, DK40, NX4510. Kubota L3800, L3901, L3560,L4260.

I was hoping more towards the size of the ck35. I was going to purchade the ck35 and thought let me just check out the LS tactors. The ck35 I think would be perfect except for the loader capacity. The LS loader capacity is about 1000lbs more so I think tomorrow is the day to pull the trigger.

Just took a quick look, the LS is gear only....lots more capable than a 35 horse unit...But, the DK 40 is quite a bit more tractor,in all aspects, Weight, pto hp, loader lift, and three point lift, and comes in gear or hydro, some links to compare... A nice cross between the 30 and 40 horse frame sizes, but really does not compete imo

No... The xr3037 is available with a 3 range hydrostatic trans as well.

I think you meant the now defunct DK35...not the DK40. The 40 is a half class up from the xr3037... & is comparable to the LS xr4040.

That really is a pretty big difference. The LS max height is 2.5" lower, so the actual difference in lift capacity is closer, but still probably 800lbs or so in favor of the LS.

I meant the DK40 since the DK35 went extinct a few years ago, but I guess the DK40 is now extinct too. And, yes, you are correct that the DK40 is more tractor.

Your right pappy, just looked again at the web site, and seen the LS hydro available.
To bad they tainted the DK name with what they are now calling the DK10 .

The DK SE series was one of the best values in tractors Kioti ever offered.IMO

They should have kept that marketing concept, You have to pay extra now for most of the things the DK SE came with stock..no reason not to look elseware now....Big mistake they made IMO:thumbdown:

I agree it was better from a marketing standpoint to have the extras included, but your comment fails the logic test.

The "extra" things are rear remotes, the rear windshield wiper, and the stereo...that's it. For $1K you can get two remotes, the wiper, and the radio added to an NX.

Those things weren't free on the DK SE series, so you were paying that same $1K (ballpark), but it was included in the standard price so it wasn't obvious. If they weren't standard on the DK SE, the starting price would have been $1K lower. If they were standard on the NX, the price would be $1K higher. In the end, there's no difference to the buyer....you're paying for them either way, it's just whether you know about it or not.

You still can save multiple thousands of dollars buying an NX compared with equivalent models from most of the other manufacturers...having those couple of extras be separate line items didn't change that.
