I am hoping you found the problem and will share how you corrected,I just bought Branson 2910i non-running and the stop solenoid is not getting any fire,just like your problem, the stop solenoid is on top of injection pump,my brother took remote starter button connected one end
to postive side of battery and other end to stop solenoid,had me turn key just like I would do to start tractor and it started,first time in 5 yrs.
the people said I bought tractor from,now we need to find reason no power is going to stop solenoid.Oh I have service manual and chassis manual bought them from Big Red's Equipment.net here in Texas

These ignition switches can be troublesome.....check your fuses..trace the wire back from the solenoid back...prolly goes to a relay under the dash or the ig switch.

The lack of a solid service manual regarding the electrical side of these babies is the Achilles heel.....otherwise these tractors are pretty bomb proof.
