One night of roudyness leads to cops coming every night

I don't like any close neighbors, so I moved to the country, never had a complaint on me and never filed one and we all make plenty of noise.

I'm blessed with a great neighbor 1/4 mile from me. They are in their late 30s. They tolerate my juvenile behavior with my Jeep Buggy. I tolerate their 10 year old Son on his Dirt Bike. My Sons and Grandsons were doing a burnout contest on the pavement in front of my driveway this Spring. My neighbor Ryan came down and showed us how to do it in his Duramax. Life is good. :)

I'd make dang sure my vehicles were street legal and be respectful of the neighbors. If the cops keep showing up, make an appointment with the chief of police and have a respectful discussion on the best way to handle the situation

The O.P. has avoided talking to us about his exhaust system so far. I wonder why. Maybe all he needs is a tail pipe and a catalytic converter.

Long Tube headers, 2 1/4 piping, Flowmaster 40 series mufflers, tail pipes come out behind rear wheels....My JD 318 is louder.....

If you are comparing the noise level to your lawn mower it probably is a noise nuisance to the neighbors.

How about the noise level of what the neighbors drive? From the description of your truck and bike exhaust I suspect you are considerably over that level.

Yeah, cause I am gonna bring all three my vehicles back to factory exhaust just because most likely one of my neighbors doesnt like me...I dont cower down that easily, All my vehicles pass their yearly annual inspection without issues...until I get a violation stating what ordinance I am violating(which I am pretty sure is none), nothing is going to change.

For everyone that likes to turn around and put 100% of the blame on me, (which I am not saying all of it isnt me), guaranteed if i stated that i was a 50 or 60 year old man driving this truck, things would be alot different

Don,t be a sad sack feeling sorry for yourself with your chest puffed out..As mentioned above meet with the local police and see what issues they have with your truck.

Maybe, maybe not, this was my 60+ year old brother's 454 before he gave it to his son. His son and grandson build them in town and show them in car shows, no one has ever complained about any of them. Sometimes it's less about what you drive than how you drive.
