Suspension seat upgrade

I would definitely try Woodland Farm's setup before spending the money I did. I was not smart enough to think that would work. I also never take advantage of the slide mechanism either. It is set all the way back, I believe.

JJ, All of those seats look comfortable but they also look like they are thicker than my whole setup - not sure we have that kind of height with the FOPS. Without the slide rails, my setup would add about 2 - 3" to the height of the seat vs the powertrac seat.

I padded the underside of the ROPS. IT helps a little with noise too.

I think I've found a solution. All you need is a torch or plasma cutter, a welder, and one of these....

Cut a hole in the canopy, weld it in and now you're suspension seat will work perfectly.

You are a genius!!!! And the rounded profile does not snag on branches in the wood.

Version 1 - blends in with the barn:

Or for tractor parades or loader work out in the open:

If you want to spend that kind of money then look at the suspension system on my page. It is a top rated extra low suspension system that works well. It adds about 2" after you sit in it. I even wear a cowboy style hat that is resting high because of hearing protectors and it does not hit the FOPS.
