Deb posted 10 of my tractors for sale today on Craigslist , even my 3 round fender 110's , the narrow front jd 730 and the 4x4 articulating jd 9630 . It's time to try to get more room so I can get back to building new projects. If they don't sell that is fine too as I do enjoy them. I sold two of the jd 110 round fenders and possibly the third one maybe tomorrow. Also have a fellow interested in the 730 narrow front with the loader and four wheel wagon for $2,000.00. got a couple more guys coming on Sat. to look at the Cat v-plow with side wing and the jd 455 all wheel steer. I'm firm on my prices so if nothing else sells at least I thinned down the herd, ha,ha.

Yesterday I sold the jd 430 custom tractor . I am feeling I now have more space as I have also sold 7 attachments . This week I am going to build another sulky , nothing fancy , just using up my last two free tires and rims and using up the other antique jd spring seat. I am very careful during the summer months not to grind or hammer to much. The neighbors are very close and I want to keep peace in the neighborhood.

Here is my third sulky I just finished . I used the last two free tires and rims and the second free antique spring seat . I was told these sulkies are real chick magnets at tractor shows. Just something else to put in my garage sale someday. I had several lookers to buy the third jd round fender tractor but no cash. So I was told there are plenty of them still around cheap. So next week I will start converting my little 110 round fender into a mini 4020 . I loved my little 4020 so it is time to build another one.

Where did the spring for the spring seat come from? We have an old sickle bar mower that needs a similar seat to make it workable again.

My neighbor was throwing away to old antique seats and springs that he could not sell at his garage sale. So I snapped them up before he threw them in the dumpster. I thought someday I might find a use for them. I was right , ha,ha.
Todays picture shows me removing the rear round fenders off the 110 and mounting the 30 in rear tires. I like it better already !! Today I will work on the rear fenders.

Todays progress picture shows the rear fenders now mounted . I think the 110 tractor is taking shape. Next I will work on the front axle converting it to five stud hubs for the larger front tires and rims. It seems good to be back in the workshop .

Funny how just tweaking something changes it's whole look . Just four days ago it was just a old jd 110 that I could not sell for $500.00 . Four days later I love it !!! Todays pictures show the new front spindles in place and the new larger front tires and rims bolted on. Now it looks much beefier !!! I am really liking it now !!! Today I will build the air cleaner stack that mounts on the hood and also build the exhaust stack that mounts on the hood . That will give it more of a big tractor look too.

Seriously where do you get those tires?? And can you get them used. In looking into going into business modifying big garden tractors with loaders 3pts and i need big aggressive tires

The price for tires is terrible. Over $500.00 for one pair with rims. I have bought 14 of them so far , Ouch !
Todays progress picture shows the new air cleaner stack in place and the new exhaust stack in place. This gives a little more big tractor look. I am going to see how it will look with duel tires on the rear. My little grandson is going to love driving this .

One week ago today I sold my 1/2 scale jd 4020 tractor . I had no idea that just 7 days later I would be well on my way to making another one. I love the 1/2 scale tractors. Todays picture shows the rear duels and how rugged it makes the little tractor look. I love the new look of my old jd 110 round fender tractor.
Today I will work on the fender mounted headlights and the orange top fender mounted lights. It is slowly taking shape.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I think you need to take your lift handle off. Then it will look allot cooler

I mat need the lift handle if I build a front Degelman Silage blade for it.
Todays progress picture shows the new four headlights now mounted in the fenders. Also I build the housings and mounting brackets for the top orange flasher lights on the rear of the fenders. I decided to put one on each fender. I decided today my next project is going to be a 1/2 scale disc or field cultivator to hook to this 1/2 scale jd 4020 with the duel wheels. It will just be for show and I will build it light duty to make it easy to load for parades and tractor shows.:dance1:
