The first sold Wicked Utility Grapple is being loaded onto a trailer right now!
It will spend most of it's time hooked to a NX6010 Kioti. A match made in heaven!! :thumbsup:

The 73" Wicked Utility Grapple page is now LIVE on our website. See it here: Mega Compact Utility Grapple - Free Shipping!

I'm anxious to see your first 55" unit. I have an 84" Blue Diamond on our New Holland TL-100A that is used for moving dead trees etc. but it weighs 900 + lbs with 34" jaw opening.

I want a narrower grapple with max opening strictly for tree limbs and brush and will install on my LS XR4046HC (46 HP / 2500 lb. FEL lift).

Looking forward to hearing about final weight on the 55".

Couldn't you use the big grapple for brush and get their medium duty 54" single lid wicked grapple for trees? I move trees with my light duty 48 Millonzi all the time. My loader has 2760lb capacity so similar to yours. Better net lift capacity for trees with a smaller grapple. Big grapple for light brush would work fine too.

Ted, I think you have done a great job in designing this latest grapple! Having elongated the bottom tines is to my opinion a very good thing. Capacity is not only increased, but operator view will gain from it as well. As for the lids, I find them very well designed, and bracing second to none. The twisting forces will well be attenuated.
The only drawback, is the lack of protection for the cylinders.
Your design department has worked hard to get such a well balanced grapple!
Will be nice to have some pictures of your 55" model as well...

IT;

Guess you did not read my comments. The BD Grapple only opens to 34". Great for trees but, a PIA for brush and limbs.

I want the 55" EA grapple for the 42" jaw opening.

Got it. But in that case why not just ditch the big grapple. The EA would handle both trees and brush.

The 84" grapple has only been off the NH twice in 3 years to use bucket. Now that I have the XR4046 HC to do dirt work, the grapple may never come off. Same with the Bush Hog cutter.

I'm also anxious! I think it will outsell the larger one because of the lighter weight and compact size that will be easier to maneuver.
I'll share pics and weight as soon as I can!
