Kioti LK3504 wiring schematic

I'm new to this forum, but am hoping someone is willing to help me. I have the owners manual for my LK3504, but desperately need the wiring schematic to troubleshoot an electrical problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:confused3:

The problem is when I turn the key to 'on', I don't have power going to anything (gauges, lights, etc.). When I turn on the emergency flashers, the relay makes a clicking/humming noise, but nothing happens. When I turn the ignition switch 'on', the clicking stops. I have tested at the ignition switch and get 12v, but when the key is turned on, I'm getting no voltage.

I'm having the same issue with my dk35se.
All of the fuses are good. There is 12v to the ignition switch but the start relay and the starter don't get any power. There isn't any power to the console but when the key is off, the turn signal switch buzzes.

Again, sounds like high-resistance between the battery and the key switch. Maybe the battery, maybe a battery cable or cable connection. maybe corrosion at main (60 amp) fuse or wiring harness connector (if any in this path).

Try jumper cables from a known good battery. Try bypassing the battery cables (one at a time) with jumper cables. Inspect the big fuse.

All of the above and Kioti has a history of corrosion issues inside the key switch; all of my issues have been with grounds. Remove the chassis ground cable and sand/grind a suitable area for the cable end and make absolutely sure your battery terminals and cable ends are clean and have a good mechanical and electrical connection

Good idea to check & clean battery connections once a year.

The switch may be sick but not likely in this case. The power to the emergency flashers is not effected by the key switch except a healthy switch (when switched on) would drag the flasher voltage even lower if there is high resistance in the battery circuit.

Found my issue. The connector between the starter and key switch is badly corroded. One of the spades is completely gone. I'm gonna splice the connection tomorrow with waterproof butt splices. Thanks for your assistance.

If you have a marine (boat) store nearby, you may want to use marine connectors for better corrosion resistance. Ancor makes crimp connectors with thermal glue inside the heat shrink sleeve so it seals to the wire insulation when heated. If you use a pair of "bullet" connectors you will still be able to disconnect that wire if you you ever need to break that connection (which may be necessary if you ever have to split the tractor). Just thinking here.
