Drone/Unmanned Aircraft Registration

Have you naysayers ever seen the footage from a drone? I could easily "spy" on my neighbors while flying over MY property. Or I could do a better job "spying" on them with a spotting scope made for rifle shooters from my property. If you shoot my drone down while over my property lets just say we are going to have problems.

.. big business is still spying on you. If you don't believe it check out the ads at the top of the page.

We all agreed to the terms of service on here, on our computers, on our browsers, etc.... so it ain't really spying.

What ad's? I don't see no stinking ad's. Haven't seen an ad on here for a couple of years now.

That would work out just fine until you start looking it over and find a small "Property of RCMP" decal on it...OOPS! :D

Then you have to fly it again and land it on a log floating down the river.

Seems I can recall from years ago where nice RC planes would get hijacked by a stronger signal.

I have a friend that flies RC planes. Years ago he said there were only so many frequencies and it was common for folks to get on the same frequency at the flying field. So they'd be sure to check each other's controls before taking off. Don't know if its the same way anymore.

I flew RC when I lived up in N Idaho; back then every transmitter had a two ribbon flag on the antenna that designated its frequency so you could see who was operating on what freq. in a group. Went to Spokane for a meet once and I couldn't fly, not because anyone was on my freq., but it was 72.08 mhz, close enough to the audio of one of the tv stations that the rejection was strong enough that it made everything all twitchy when I powered up the plane.
I suppose overpowering and taking control on the same frequency is possible; isn't that how they claim that Iran got one of our state of the art drones?
