Mark, on my relatively new i-mig 200, who's contact tips should I buy? Can't remember who makes the gun for y'all.

Lincoln or Tweco 11 series will fit just fine. The gun is a Trafimet/Binzel product. Doesn't matter on the tips though. Same as what you can get in most any welding supply store, HD, Lowe's, or even Harbor Freight. And if you go to HF, you can pick you up a two pack of nozzles as well at a decent price.

Weird, I took one to my local welding supply that is a Lincoln dealer. They had nothing like it. Thanks for the reply.

Mark, im from Canada, so we don't share the same models. Also is there a significant performance difference between the Powerplasma 60S and the Powerplasma 50?

Karl,
Those models are the same in CA...last I knew. The new 200DX-DV is now just the 200DV. Just call and ask for any models you don't see. May not have been readded to the site.

The new 60S has a higher OCV than the 50S if I remember right. And it does have added cut capacity. But if you are asking if a 50S would handle most items on a day to day basis of an average customer, then yes, it will. The 60S would too, but you wouldn't have too much to worry about up to 1". On the 50S, above 3/4" you will see a drop off up to 1". And 3/8" to 1/2" would be the target daily maximum cut use for the 50S for best speed/quality combination. On the 60S, I think it would be more like 5/8" to 3/4".

I wish the manual or something would have told me that it came with only 3/32 collets!

I bought 1/16 and 1/8 because I was sure it would have come with those.

Back to the supply house.

Also the manual is pretty bad. Maybe get an American expert to write one up.
