I haven't run into my car yet:). That is about the only thing that doesn't have some degree of tractor related damage: Split some siding on my house, the front deck (several times), the back deck, shingles on my house (A-frame), chicken coup, fence posts, fencing, trees along my driveway, etc...
A lot of my damage is cause by attachment on the back of the tractor - backblade, snowblower

What have you messed up or hit with your tractor? I made it 11.8 hours which took me 23 days.

:laughing::laughing::laughing::laughing:

I have the same dents in a steel profile across the top of my garage door. The first time. I wondered why the front wheels lifted off the ground, thought it was the mowing deck caught on the garage threshold.

There are a few bruises on the corners of my buildings. I have sliced and diced more lengths of garden hose than I care to tally. Kong dog toys exit a finish mower at an exciting velocity. I've electrified the whole tractor mowing too close to the electric fence. I was diligently leveling out some lumpy spots near the edge of the yard but I had forgotten about the black currant seedlings we had just transplanted right behind me - I back-dragged the loader right over them.

No damage to anything other than my pride - I was on an older Craftsman ride-on which had a 3-speed transmission. The shifter was in the middle of the platform in front of the seat. I hopped off to clear some debris from my path and hooked my pant leg on the shifter thus power shifting it into 3rd gear. It was plenty fast enough to make catching up a significant challenge. Of course, the neighbors were entertaining guests at the time and they were outside to witness the event. I got a round of applause.

Reading all the replies makes me feel a little more not so bad ?
One of my first memorable boo boos was when I went from a 4spd clutch mower to a hydrostatic. As a confidently pulled up to my one week old O. H. door , on my one day old JD 120 , I pushed in the right clutch pedal"wrong" now the forward/ reverse and just about went through it. Pushed one panel almost all the way inside. Didn't hurt mower and was able to push panel back out to usable condition. Still looks like something happened to it though.

Backed the ROPS into the tractor shed roof once (so far). Came within 3" of putting the bucket into the pick up truck a couple of days ago, it is so easy to do!

Gave the back chrome truck bumper a "love tap"with grader blade backing up while plowing snow. No damage, but a reminder to pay attention.

Was bulling a pile of trees and root balls with my HD6 dozer when a protruding hydraulic hose snagged a limb.
Took quite a hydraulic shower that day, oil spewed probably 12 ft in the air and everywhere.
No rusting after that!

(dozers are called tractors!)

One that I forgot was pulling a big piece of tillage equipment with lots of horsepower next to a fairly new barn. Later I noticed where I just barely kissed the metal on the barn with the implement. Maybe by 1/16 of an inch. Whew. Good thing because a direct hit would have done enormous damage and sent me to the head of the class on this thread. I could have taken a corner of the barn down.

I pulled my little Mahindra into the barn to retrieve a dead animal. I got in OK, got the critter hooked up and on the way out the ROPS snagged a 10 x 10 beam over the door and knocked it loose on one end. Only thing keeping it from falling was the weight on the other end so it just sort of swung out. There's a slight drop going out the door so the ROPS hit and then dropped to clear so it didn't drag it out farther. I pushed it back in best I could with the FEL. Turns out the beam was too rotted to continue using so I replaced it with PT 2x8s as sort of a laminate beam, two flat under the joists, 3 on edge and another flat on the bottom. Had about $75 in lumber cost, a big beam would have been much more and I would have had trouble getting it into place by myself. I fold the ROPS now when using it in the barn!
