I did twist the rod tighter in towards the loader arm just before it hit... clears by half an inch now.

Thanks guys...

As long as I don't barrel roll it from here at the top clear into the holler, it should serve it's purpose.

Pictures don't even begin to do justice to things like this. That is a very steep hillside that you are on!!!!! Most readers of this thread have no idea!!!! They would also say there's no way a tractor will stay on it's wheels on that slope!!!

For example, look at Greg's barn?? Look how much difference there is between the vertical walls of his barn and the slope of his tractor!!!!

Exactly the reason I used that particular picture. That is about a 20° to 25° slope, and it is stable enough there, but "feels" sketchy. I've been on 30° side-hills before, and 45+° going up and down. Angles verified by angle app on my phone.

Yeah, my you know what just puckered real bad looking at that picture!
Nice job Greg! Turned out perfect! Now are you putting in one of those "skid loader" radio & spkrs up in your canopy:D, then there's the AC (fan) not to mention your saw & chain holders, it just never ends does it?:drink: Dang welders!

No way would I go on slopes like that, roll bar or not. Maybe on an angle but not straight across. It would take me six months to un-pucker.
