Just about everything farm related.
Thought I'd share one of the brush guards I've built, this one is going on a 1991 GMC 3500.

Materials Range from 8" and 3" channel, to 1 1/4" pipe and 1/4" and 3/8" flatbar.

Mig and stick used.

Lotta pics, please don't get bored, there's the finished product at the end....

There you have it folks.....

All finished.

PS,
Don't stare at it to long, or you'll notice a few imperfections....

My advice to all fabricators, "Take your time, and get it square and even".....

From one bumper builder to another... Nice work! Thanks for the pictures.

I built one simular to that for my k30 mud truck about 15 years ago... still hangin' tuff keeping the grill unharmed. Doesn't help the fenders and bed sides at all, but the grill is perfect!

I wish I'd of closed it in with expanded metal.
Would looked way better.

Sold the truck last spring, the new owner has been happy with it.

Nice. I have built few big bumpers on my trucks in the past. Now, I try to keep them as lightweight as I can. It looks like it just came off the trailer. Do you run it in any local bogs?

Bring your truck up to Palmer Alaska and I'll build you a custom one.

Thanks. powder coating woulda been over $400 here.

I paid $90 for the sand blast, and just used red oxide primer and akelyd enamal gloss black.

Nice work. How much time did you have in that project?

Between 12-24 hours.

I would be 350 to 400 if we had to blast it, but my material cost may be lower. Either way it looks good.
