How's your new tractor working out? I'm interested in the EX3200 as well. I'm in western PA but work in Central PA. Do you mind sharing who you worked with to purchase this? PM if that makes you more comfortable.

This is the EXACT same experience I had. My dealer offers both Yanmar and Kioti. I was ready to buy the more expensive Kioti. I went there planing to take delivery, but after working with both, the Yanmar handled just great simple, strong and it felt safer and much easier to handle.
I now have over 75 hours on it and am very happy with it. The engine is probably one of the best in it's class. I've done things with it I probably should not for what is a compact tractor, and it handled like the beast it is.
The only issue I have is that the bucket is not what it could or should be -- stamped metal and a bit small. The Kiolti has a better bucket.
All in all, the Yanmar 3200 might not have the bells and whistles of a Kioti or Kubota, but it is a terrific little tractor.

Today I went and drove the new for 2016, Kioti CK2610H side by side with the CK3510H. I quickly decided the 2610 was not as nice as the 3510 but it's out of my budget....so back to Yanmar I go. Found a very classy dealer "up river" a bit that I'm very comfortable dealing with.
Did your dealer end up messing around with the loader lift capacity?

In my shopping-saga of a thread
I started out at a Yanmar dealer about 5 miles away (Smith's) that gave me some astronomical quote on an EX3200 so I dismissed it; he didn't even have one on the lot, but during the conversation he said there was a nearby dealer that did have one that he thought he could get his hands on. After seeing some great pricing on Fastline.com and Tractorhouse.com for brand new EX3200s, I called the next closest dealer (B&R) and it just so happened to be the one my local dealer was talking about.
B&R matched the best price I found online (the price mentioned in the thread I started) despite being almost 2 hours away in Frederick, Maryland, and threw in a couple extras.
In my opinion, the EX3200 is 95% as much tractor as the CK3510H for a good bit less per month..........and no DPF to mess around with.....
Drove the CK2610H side by side with the CK3510H and even though they are the same frame, there is a noticeable difference in HP and refinement.

Congratulations Kraig. Glad you found a machine you like at a good price. And no, we left the hydraulics to factory specs.

Haha. You are right! And I know that's #1 on the list of house rules! I know what a computer looks like but that is almost the limit of my savvy. But I will get my wife to help me out. Thanks for the reminder. Just a little teaser...it is yellow and black.

The Yanmar products were often referred to as a Bee because they were colored like it, had a lot of power in its stinger (engines), and produced a honey of a pile of sweet work with everyday reliability.
Incidentaly its what my cub cadet zero turn tractor was referred to also.
