That one fits one a tiller/ripper so it's $100 for the adapter + $200 for the tiller/ripper.
I am having the same project starting about Tuesday of next week. Going to bury PVC pipe for irrigating flower beds in our front yard. I intend to use my subsoiler to dig a trench. Then turn it around and mount it on the tractor with the point angled the wrong way. Kinda like trying to push it thru the ground in reverse. I have a piece of angle iron I intend to mount to the subsoiler that will keep the pipe from slipping off to the side. Wife driving very slow and me feeding the pipe. Hopefully it will work. All I have to do is get the pipe half a foot or so below ground level as there will be cutoffs to drain the water at low points and I will use a compressor to blow it out in the fall.
Wish me luck and keep this thread up so we will know how each other's projects come out.

Where would I mount a ripper on the back of the White Outdoors? Don't think there are attachment points, just a plain metal back.
Also, it's 22HP - that enough?
You don't have enough traction with that to dig a trench. You can rent a trencher at Home Depot from about $100, I think that's your best bet.
That sounds like a challenge to the TBN lawnmower crowd!Option 1. Dig by hand
Option 2. Rent a machine
Option 3. Hire it done.
What you have is a lawn mower. You cannot Trench with a lawn mower.

I did that exact thing and broke my toplink. My subsoiler didn't have enough range of motion on the toplink attachment for it to be turned around. When I lifted it, the toplink snapped.
ANY lawnmower or his little lawnmower?Option 1. Dig by hand

First of all please don't insult the TBN crowd by implying we have common sense.Trenching in poly pipe 6" deep in my soil would be a challenge for a deere x7 series. Maybe downhill? And a deere x7 series probably has about 3x the pull power than a lawn mower with tiny rear turfs.
What he pictures, I doubt would pull a knife to make a 1' hole only 3" deep downhill. If you want a good anchor or park break....go ahead and rig up an anchor to it.
Common sense is right
